Vanessa: I’m not quite sure how to put this, but there’s been a misunderstanding with the orders and I need to cancel our order. I’m really sorry.
Felix: Ok. So you will have to pay a 20% commission for the canceled order, ok?
Vanessa: Ok no problem and accept my apologies again.
Felix: If you need something in the future don’t hesitate to call.

warehouse: many products inside the warehouse & you buy more products, full warehouse
factory: when the factory made many products and the demand is bad... you have bad administration.
transport: the cars,airplanes,ships, are expensive, the company has not money for pay the gas or the maintenance.
purchasin: the raw material is expensive and you cant do the produts for the consumers
